WHO WE ARE
Young enough to understand re-invention; old enough to know how.
Founded in 2003, Bart Group, Inc., is a small group of project and process experts bringing the big company wisdom you need, without the big corporate overhead. We are experienced change-makers bringing training, consulting and management skills to companies and organizations worldwide while preserving their culture.
We are well-versed in C-level presentations and also used to getting dirty out on your job-site. We like a standard work-week but are used to far more when the job requires it. We do what it takes to meet your needs, including traveling worldwide, sometimes for extended periods. We have team-members fluent in Spanish and German. We learn new and arcane technologies quickly and enjoy translating complex technical terms and concepts into easily-understood language.
Project and process work requires a blend of people and technical skills. We like to support your team by bringing that balance. This can be through our direct work with you, classes, mentoring, and special techniques tailored to your team’s needs.
Every member of the Bart Group team is a 20+ year seasoned professional with a sterling track record.
Ric Taylor, Vice President of River Software discusses how the Bart Group helped them systematize their projects and processes.
Chris Bart is the best. It is rare to find a trainer & consultant who communicates as clearly as he does, cutting through the theory and going for results. I only wish I could get him to work for me full-time.Jeffrey Reiss
