Dreams 1: Help From the Night Shift
Some ascribe spiritual or mystical sources to dreams. I claim no expertise in either. This series is about relieving anxiety, stress and depression. My “night shift” has been a good helper for years, giving me a better handle on what to do. I write down “their” advice, and since they are just me without my ego, I give it real consideration. Good sleep usually follows.
